These terms apply when you use vantixcloud.com, ask us for a quote, or buy any of our services, including the API at https://vantixcloud.com/v1. By paying for or using a service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by VantixCloud. Legal entity name, place of registration and governing law: [待老闆確認].

2. What we supply

VantixCloud is a procurement and integration service. We source infrastructure from cloud and model vendors and help you buy and connect it. We are not an official partner, agent or reseller of any cloud or model vendor, and vendor names and trademarks belong to their owners.

CDN, anti-DDoS protection and live streaming delivery.

We do not supply Claude, GPT or Gemini.

3. Quotes, payment and prepaid balance

There is no self sign-up. You ask for a quote through our quote form or Telegram, and we price your request one-to-one.
Payment is in USDT (TRC20) or by card through Airwallex. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so please check the address and network before sending.
The API service is prepaid: you top up a balance, and each call's usage is deducted from it at your quoted rate. When the balance reaches zero, API requests are refused until you top up.
There is no lock-in contract. You can stop using the service at any time.

4. Availability

Each service runs on an upstream vendor's infrastructure, so availability follows that vendor's terms. Vendors can change, limit or retire models and products. When something breaks, we coordinate with the vendor and switch to a backup where possible. We do not promise a fixed uptime or response-time figure. Current status is shown on our status page.

5. Acceptable use

We serve legal businesses only. You must not use our services for:

Any activity that is illegal where you operate or where your users are.
iGaming, unless you are licensed to operate in your jurisdiction.
Adult content involving minors or anyone who has not consented — never, under any circumstances.
Evading sanctions, money laundering or fraud.
Malware, phishing, spam, or attacks on other networks or services (including DDoS).

You must also follow the usage policies of the upstream vendor behind the service you use. If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your service.

6. Your API keys

Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for all usage made with your key, including usage by anyone you share it with. If you think a key has leaked, tell us on Telegram @sapporo168 so we can help you replace it.

7. AI output

Responses from AI models can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for checking them and for how you use them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim arose. [待老闆確認]

10. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
