Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-23
This page explains what information VantixCloud collects when you use vantixcloud.com, chat with our assistants, send us an inquiry or use our API service — what we use it for, who helps us process it, and how to ask us to delete it.
1. Who we are
The website vantixcloud.com and the services described on it are operated by VantixCloud ("we", "us"). Legal entity name and place of registration: [待老闆確認].
The fastest way to reach us about privacy is Telegram @sapporo168. We do not have a public email address for this yet.
2. What we collect
Quote, audit and partner forms
- Company name and your name, if you give them.
- Your Telegram handle and/or email address.
- What you need: product, expected volume, budget or target discount, and any notes you write.
- The page and language you submitted the form from, and the page that referred you.
- For the cloud cost audit: the billing data you paste or upload, which is used to produce your report.
Chats with our assistants
"Ray", the chat assistant on this website, is an AI. "Daniel", our Telegram assistant, is AI-assisted, and a person takes over when needed. For these conversations we keep:
- The full text of the conversation.
- The page where the chat started.
- Your country, as reported by Cloudflare.
- A random session ID. On the website it is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key
vxsidso the conversation can continue across pages. On Telegram, your Telegram user ID and the name and username Telegram shows us.
We store conversations so we can improve the assistant's answers and so a person can follow up with you.
Page views
- Our own page counter records the page path, the domain of the website that referred you (not the full address), and your country as reported by Cloudflare.
- We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies.
- We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other third-party ad trackers.
IP address
Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit forms, chat and the page counter against abuse. It is not added to your inquiry or chat record.
API customers
- Your API key and the contact details linked to it (Telegram and/or email).
- Balance, usage (tokens, number of calls, spend, last used) and top-up records.
- The prompts and responses you send through the API gateway are forwarded to the upstream model provider to generate a response. We do not store their content. We only record usage and cost.
Payments
- USDT on TRON (TRC20): payments happen on a public blockchain, so the sending address, amount and time are public by nature. We match the transaction to your account to credit your balance.
- Card payments are processed by Airwallex. We receive the payment result, amount and the email you gave at checkout. We do not see or store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To provide, meter and bill the API service and other services you buy.
- To answer your questions in chat, and to let a person follow up when needed.
- To improve our assistant, our website and our offers.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To keep accounting records.
We do not sell personal data. We do not add people who send us an inquiry to marketing email lists.
4. Service providers
These companies process data on our behalf to run the service:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, database, network and security, Web Analytics.
- Anthropic — generates the AI assistant's replies and the cloud cost audit report. If it is unavailable, an upstream model provider (below) may generate the reply instead.
- Telegram — messaging with you and our internal notifications.
- Railway — runs our Telegram assistant and scheduled jobs.
- Notion — blog content and some inquiry records.
- Airwallex — card payments.
- Upstream AI model providers — DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) and Zhipu (GLM), reached through channel partners, process the API traffic you send.
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. Their servers may be in countries other than yours.
5. Cookies and local storage
We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising. The chat assistant stores a random session ID (vxsid) in your browser's localStorage; you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry or serve you as a customer, and as long as needed for accounting. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it unless we have to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
7. Your choices
- Ask to see the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
Send the request to Telegram @sapporo168. We may ask you to confirm it is you, for example by writing from the same Telegram account or showing you control the API key.
8. Security
We limit access to the people who need it and keep service credentials out of the website code. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own API key private (see the Terms of Service).
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
