How VantixCloud works

In shortVantixCloud is a procurement and integration service. We buy AI model APIs, CDN, anti-DDoS, live streaming and cloud capacity through vendor and channel relationships and supply it to you at a price quoted for your volume. We operate under the VantixCloud name and do not publish a legal entity. To keep that fair to you, everything is prepaid: you never extend credit to us, and you can start with a small amount.

Who we are

A procurement and integration service, not a vendor. We are not an official partner, authorised reseller or agent of any cloud or model vendor. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Sapporo is the person who quotes, takes payments and handles support: Telegram @sapporo168, email [email protected].
Ray is our AI assistant: the chat on this website, and draft replies on Telegram. Ask for a person at any time and Sapporo takes over.
Anonymous operator, stated plainly. We do not publish a legal entity, company registration or office address. Because of that, we don't ask you to trust us with credit: services are prepaid, there is no contract lock-in, and you can test with a small amount before committing more.

Quote

Within 24 hours you get a concrete price for your volume on Telegram or by email, with a link to your quote page on vantixcloud.com.

Accept

Confirm the quote. Ask anything first: scope, payment method, how activation will work for your case.

Pay

USDT on TRON (TRC20) to the address shown on your quote page, or card. Details below.

Activate

For the AI API, we issue your API key after your payment is confirmed. For other services we set up what the quote describes. Activation timing is confirmed in your quote; we don't promise instant activation.

Usage

API usage is deducted from your prepaid balance per token at your quoted rate. You can check your balance at any time (see the API docs). When the balance reaches zero, new requests are refused until you top up: there is no overdraft.

Renew or top up

Ask Sapporo for a top-up or renewal. It follows the same quote and payment steps, and you decide how much to add.

How payments are confirmed

USDT (TRC20) is confirmed on-chain. We match the transaction on the TRON blockchain (amount, receiving address, time) to your quote, then credit your balance or start activation. Send on the TRC20 network only; funds sent on another network may be lost.
Only pay to the address shown on your quote page on vantixcloud.com. If an address reaches you any other way, even from someone claiming to be us, confirm it with @sapporo168 before sending anything.
We never ask for your private key, seed phrase, exchange password or 2FA codes. Anyone who asks for them is not us.
Card payments are processed by Airwallex. We do not see your full card number. Card payments are currently confirmed manually.

How API keys and data are handled

Your API key (starts with vx-) is stored in our database so the gateway can authenticate your requests. Keep it secret. If you think it leaked, tell us and we replace it.
What the gateway records per key: balance, total spend, number of calls and the time of the last call. Non-streaming responses also return the cost of that call and your remaining balance in response headers.
Prompts and responses are not stored by us. The gateway forwards each request to the upstream model provider to generate the response and streams the result back to you. The upstream provider processes the request under its own terms.
When a call fails, we record a failure count and a short excerpt of the upstream error message (not your prompt) and alert our team, so we can contact you.
Invalid-key attempts are counted per IP address for 10 minutes to detect key guessing.
Website chats with Ray and quote forms are stored as described in the Privacy Policy, including how long we keep them and how to ask for deletion.

When something breaks

If the upstream provider fails, the API returns an error (usually HTTP 503) and our team is alerted automatically.
Message Sapporo on Telegram @sapporo168 with the time of the request and the error text. Urgent cases, such as a site under DDoS attack, are handled first.
We don't publish uptime or response-time figures. Availability follows the upstream vendor's terms; we coordinate with suppliers and switch to a backup route where one is available.
Refunds follow the Terms of Service (section 3): prepaid balances are non-refundable except where the law requires it or a refund is agreed in writing; if we discontinue a service, the unused balance for that service is refundable.

What we don't sell or do

We don't claim to be an official partner, authorised reseller or agent of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, Zhipu, Moonshot AI, ByteDance or any other vendor. Claude, GPT and Gemini are available by quote only, case by case.
We don't publish our own price list or discount levels. Every price is quoted one-to-one.
We only serve legal businesses. No sanctions evasion, money laundering or fraud; if we find it, we stop the service.
Gambling: only operators licensed in lawful jurisdictions. Adult: only lawful 18+ businesses after review, and never content involving minors or non-consenting people.
We don't publish made-up numbers: no protection capacity, node counts, latency, uptime or customer counts.

FAQ

Who runs VantixCloud?

VantixCloud is operated under the VantixCloud name and does not publish a legal entity. Sapporo (Telegram @sapporo168, [email protected]) handles quotes, payments and support. Because we are an anonymous operator, all services are prepaid, so you never extend credit to us.

Why is everything prepaid?

Prepayment means you never carry credit risk on us: you pay for what you are about to use, you can start small, and there is no contract lock-in. API usage is deducted from your balance per token; there is no overdraft.

How do I know a USDT address is really yours?

Only pay to the address shown on your quote page on vantixcloud.com, on the TRC20 network. If an address reaches you any other way, confirm it with @sapporo168 first. We never ask for private keys, seed phrases or 2FA codes.

Do you store my prompts and responses?
